Assalamualaikum all..
Just a story to share with my fellow readers,something I recalled when I received sonny.
When I was at my younger age..I love to look at rainbows.Back then I always see rainbows at highways,as we frequently travel to Bandar to sleepover at our grandparent's place in Kota Batu during weekends..
Each one of my mum's siblings has got their own room in Kota Batu,with two living rooms,3 toilets,and a study place.It's a two storey house.My mother has 1 younger brother and 3 younger sisters.(She's the eldest and from the story I heard from my grandparents and aunties,she's the baik-est sister ever.. (= That's my mooom~) Now that everyone has their own house,the 'top of the hill' house is rented out.
For that generation back then,I must say,my grandfather had really work his *** off to give the very best towards his family.Mind you that he just work as a librarian,initally.and for a very long time.He always told his children to study hard and succeed.And they did!And he continue to give the same advise to us,his grandchildren as well..Alhamdulillah,now me and my sister have followed our elders paths securing our future..Hopefully the other cousins will follow on...I'm the eldest grandchild of my nini btw.(:
I think it has been a tradition in the family,whenever we excel in study,all the relatives of two generation before us will shower us with gifts and ka-ching!A psychology within the heritage..
Study hard=gifts=study harder
My laptop here is from my Nini..and sister's and my cousin's as well..as long as the things we wanted are used for education,as very karit my nini is,price is out of the question..
Not that we took advantage of it..(though we frequently joke among cousins, 'kalau mahal nini ada~',we never did do that.)
If I'm not mistaken,the O level / As Level exams that I took before the real one,all paid by nini.
He even drive me to my exam place and to school whenever our parents can't do so,although he never like to drive that much anymore because he's nervous.. x) ada driver sudah tu.
That's how determined he is in getting us the best education we can get.
Whenever I'm lacking nowadays,I'll think of him..and nini Biah of course.Behind a strong man,there's always a stronger woman.
Anyways,back to the story,hahaha..i must've drifted pretty bad,I wanted to talk about bubbles and rainbows actually.
When I was old enuf to not swallow things in my path,I took my bath with bodyshop's bath pearls..
They don't sell them anymore I think..The last time I was in bodyshop back in brunei during summer..they don't sell them anymore.. =(
though I did collect them during A-level years..put them in a box and frequently smell them..hehehee..
So yeah..Sonny made me think of those..

I miss my family.
Fatin and Naili are going back to Brunei earlier next month,have fun girls..enjoy the food you have taken for granted before.ngahahaha~
Okay back to work..I love you Mummy,Babah and Nini Billy and Nini Biah..mwah!
